Do a pregnancy test: If you have been having unprotected sex and are 2 days late.I suggest you do a home pregnancy test s you may be pregnant.It may be implantation bleeding which comes 6to12 days after the fertilized egg implants in uterus and can give pink or brown spotting to bleeding If the test is negative then wait for your period to come
