Visit your MD: Woman with severe itchiness in groin and lower extremities. You need to visit a physician for a physical exam. A physician needs to examine your skin and review your vital signs, medical history, and any pertinent labs and tests necessary. Don't wait go and visit your physician. Severe itching has dermatological but also other causes. If your legs are swelling you should be seen now. Good luck.
