Mitral valve : Myxomatosis mitral valve is fairly commonly diagnosed with the improvement of Eco technology. Inthe present of no or minimal regurgitation the risk is small. We do know valves degenerate and care should be taken to reassess the patient from time to time. Anxiety does not effect function and shortness of breath here is usually from some other cause
