Its possible BUT: UNLIKELY...if the person you kiss has been contaminated (eg by kissing someone with the virus) but is not yet sick themselves!! Norovirus is a GI virus ...spreads by CONTACT! Keep that in mind! Wash Hands Keep separate dishes BE Careful! and BE WELL Hope this helps! Dr Z
