DEPENDS: upon what this is. You might try a OTC cortisone anti-itch preparation but if not completely CLEAR in 5-7 days CHECK IT OUT with your PCP first (Primary care) whyo may refer you! BTW I am sure you are aware that STD's may "look" like this AVOID sexual contact until you KNOW what it is! Hope this helps!] Dr Z
