How long does appendicitis pains last?

Until treatment: Acute appendicitis pain will persist until your appendix is removed or perforates. I would not wait for your appendix to perforate because left untreated it may result in sepsis and death. If you have the signs and symptoms of appendicitis i would go to the er immediately.
