Sometimes: It doesn't hurt at all. But some people feel odd sleeping in another bed and in a clinic room. I suggest that you bring your own - great pillow. If you have a blanket that you love to use - bring that too. Wear comfy jammies. Some sleep labs make the rooms look like regular bedrooms.
