Options: Women have additional sources of pain that may radiate to the lumbar region (low back). Uterine fibroids may be a source of low back pain. Endometriosis may cause pain in the back, and in some case large or multiple ovarian cysts can cause similar symptoms. The most common cause in your age group is disc herniation. If pain is in legs, get a lumbar mri. Quadratus muscle can cause, ; cystitis/ uti.
