See your MD: 51 year old woman with bilateral toe numbness of several months duration. You need to seek immediate medical attention. You need a full examination and lab tests. Decreased sensation in your toes can be caused by peripheral neuropathy, vascular disease, and other factors. It is also very cold outside. Please see your physician for an evaluation. Good luck.
