Take Pain Medicine: For headache take over the counter pain med like Tylenol, (acetaminophen)Excedrin,Ibuprofen or Naproxen Sodium if you do not have allergy to these and no stomch ulcer.If pain is not relieved or you have any other symptoms like neck stiffness,feels like passing out them seek medical help.Consult your Doctor or go to ER. It can be a simple headache,a migraine,cluster headace or due to some other cause
