Dr. John Chiu answered

Anemia: You appear to have an anemia(mild) which is probably from iron deficiency for a woman of your age. The elevated WBC is suggestive of a current infection. The ESR increase may be related to the infection, the anemia, and/or something else. It is best that you consult our doctor about your condition.
