Any Good doctor!: Your Primary care doctor(family physician or Internist or even a general surgeon) can check and treat your skin problem which may not need anything special except to wash it clean and apply some local antibiotic unless there is pus coming out at this site in which case a systemic antibiotic may be required to help you heal this traumatic damage that you have done to yourself.
