Probably no problem: Chlamydia can cause infertility in women, but usually doesn't, especially if there was no evidence of pelvic inflammatory disease (tube infection), with abdominal pain, fever, etc. Most likely you'll be able to conceive normally. But if you had obvious PID, you should discuss it with the doctor who treated you.
