See your Eye Doctor: Go to either Optometrist or Ophthalmologist for your concerns. Perhaps this particular lens is wrong size/fit? Maybe there's something wrong w/lens - torn? Maybe your cornea has been scratched? Best to see your Eye Doctor to address these concerns.
