Consult Obstetrician: You are 19 weeks pregnant and have stabbing pain in your vagina.I suggest you consult your Ob Doctor asap to find out the cause of the stabbing pain. It can be normal in pregnancy in some women,But it can also be due to placenta previa if it is also associated with bleeding It may be nothing serious but get it checked ,
