Birth control: Would be a good idea to talk to your doctor and get examined as your symptoms may not be from birth control

Details matter: Which OC do you use???? Orthotricyclen and Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) make acne better. Depends on the progesterone. Androgenic progesterones make acne worse. Libido is subjective, , and determined mostly by state of mind. The most reliable booster of libido is the appropriate partner. If you stop the pill you will need to be serious about other means of birth control. Progestins in IUD or skin make acne worse.
