A member asked:

My eosinophils 6%, which is high according to range given and neutrophils at 38% low in range given. should i worry?

No : Neither change is significant enough to worry about unless those changes become much worse in the same direction at your next follow-up. Mild increase in eosinophils is seen in some hypersensitivity/allergic reactions while a significant increase may suggest parasitic infection (rarely hematological disorder)

Not enough to worry: The above percentages reflect relative and not absolute values and your actual counts may be borderline normal when calculated from total WBC count. Otherwise in the absence of a clinical context and/or a trend these numbers are uninterpretable.
