Tonsillolith normal: Ahlan wa Sahlan, a small white patch in the tonsil without pain is usually a small crypt in the tonsil that fills with secretions and is white in color with a bad smell if you spit it out. If you have any pain then the white patch may be the beginning of an infection. The treatment for the tonsillolith is to gargle warm salt water and occasionally antibiotics.
