See your doctor: check it out..could be kidney stone, and right lower abdominal pain can sometimes raise suspicion of appendicitis...especially with fever and chills...again, see your doctor...

Need to see doctor: This could be many things but with fever and chills suspect infection. Things to consider incude appendix, kidney infection intestine infection.
