My period is 7 days late. i have a regular 28 days cycle. i had diahrrea with some cramping. everyday i see a yellowish mucus passed. i took a pregnancy test on the 7th day of my missed period it says negative. should i be concerned?

It may: Be a hormone imbalance but pregnancy cannot be ruled out. Recheck e pregnancy test. If you don't have your next period in 3 weeks go see your doctor for evaluation.
