No: While nausea and pallor are certainly associated with vasovagal syncope, persistent vomiting along with a syncopal episode may indicate a more concerning etiology such as neurologic, metabolic, infectious. exposure, etc. I would recommend evaluation as soon as possible to rule out more worrisome causes.

Syncope: The most important cause of syncope to rule out is syncope that is cardiac in origin. One cannot assume that syncope is related to vasovagal or orthostatic symptoms. The best course of action is to visit a physician in this case. Vomiting may or may not be a separate symptom, but the most important thing that comes to mind would be hypotension due to sepsis or hypovolemia. Good luck.
