Normal variation: The menstrual interval can vary from 21 to 35 days. This makes it difficult to judge ovulation. You can use birth control pills to regulate your menses if you do not want to become pregnant. If you're having difficulty achieving pregnancy, get evaluated by your OB/GYN for possible Clomid (clomiphene) use.
