See doctor: You have multiple physical complaints without details needed to make a proper assessment. Best to be seen as soon as possible by your pcp for exam, more history and diagnosis. Consider going to urgent care/ER for dizzy spells to get blood pressure checked and rule out cardiac causes. I hope this helps. Be safe.
