No: "Precum in the mouth" does not create pregnancies, regardless of what happens to that "precum in the mouth" after it got into the mouth. It's the end of the line for that "precum", once it gets into the mouth. No pregnancy can happen from that, regardless of what swallowing, spitting, drooling, etc., happened next. Of course, the real concern would be where the "cum" (the actual semen) went.
