SYNCOPE/NCS: Syncope/NCS(NEUROCARDIOGENIC SYNCOPE). There are several treatment options. First is high salt diet 4-6 gm/Dy. i have had better response to Proamatine (midodrine) and SSRI meds like Paxil/Zoloft/Lexapro. Get a second opinion to discuss treatment options.
