GI: Other sources of lower abdominal pain can be colonic due to constipation, common in young women. Maintaining hydration and high fiber diet help, but a goal of every three days for a BM is advisable. Endometriosis is also common, but you mentioned nothing was noted abnormal by an MD.

It's not normal to : have abdominal pain vs. cramping.May be wise to get a 2nd opinion from an OB/GYN doctor, who can further work you up,possibly do an pelvic ultrasound if warranted & not miss diagnosing endometriosis/or something else. Living with that much pain is not normal.Also you may want to consult with a clinical nutrition to make sure that you have adequate dietary calcium and other nutrients in your diet.
