Your infraorbital: vasomotor unit (Vein, artery, nerve) comes out of your upper cheekbone area by the orbital ridge area on each side of your face, just under your lower eyelids that is easily palpable. Good thing you have a pulse! That's absolutely normal. Anytime you feel that something is abnormal around your eyes, see your eye specialist immediately.
