Insuff Info(?#weeks): After 20 weeks Breast pain common(fullness incr w time to feed baby). I dont know your #weeks, but growing fetus causes back & tummy pain. Discuss w your OB doc. You should be having U/S of abd & check of fetal Hrt Beat regularly in F/U. As fetus gets big there is pressure to chest from diaphragm which separates Abd from thorax(chest).
