Generally OK: Thyroid hormone replacement (Thyronorm = thyroxine produced by Abbot in India) has avery long half life, meaning it takes a while for levels to stabilize after starting and for the medication to leave your body. In generally, if you are feeling well, on a low dose, a ONE TIME error like this is not be worrisome. If you have palpitations, anxiety, chest pain get evaluated. Be careful & good luck!

No problem: There should be no problem with this one time doubling of the dose as 100 mcgs is not a megadose.
