May need workup w MD: dyspepsia is a symptom - often caused by underlying problems rather than make them. Stress can lead to gastritis and ulcers that give symptoms that you describe. Reflux can lead to bruxism and jaw pain&dyspepsia. Should role out treatable causes eg parasites and gallstone, start empiric omeprazole or similar class of medicine, and make sure you don't have h pylori infection. Happy to consult
