Been puking all day, couldn't stomach anything after a while i notice my vomit was a dark greenish color..should i be concerned ?

If persist, see MD: green/yellow color likely bile can see w recurrent vomit; not concern if nausea/vomit resolve in 2-3 days,but seek urgent MD attention if with "red flags" e.g. blood, abdominal pain, inability to keep hydrated, headache, hi temp. Happy to consult but check for pregnancy if applicable. Would need more info re medications/ medical conditions/past history.
