Infection: sounds like you have some type of infection like the flu. The blurred vision is a bit alarming when associated with s headache. Go get seen and evaluated.

Ear & Throat pain: along w/the other symptoms you mention suggest infection as one POSSIBILITY. Please see your doc. Peace and good health. Natural approaches after doc can include olive leaf extract.
