Get examined: A hard and swollen upper abdomen for months should be examined. You may need some imaging (ultrasound or CT scan) as well. I'd advise you make an appointment to be examined ASAP.

Need an exam: It's difficult to give any advice based on very limited information and no examination. Save yourself some time and see a physician for examination. I don't believe you will be able to self diagnose this problem on the internet. Best wishes.
