A member asked:

Can anaphylaxis occur with no swelling or a skin rash, involving only tightening of throat and fallin blood pressure. can it go unnoticed/go by itself?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes but: Anaphylaxis doesn't always manifest the same way and yes it may resolve spontaneously. Need more details about timing, these and other symptoms. Was your blood pressure measured and what was it? Was throat tightening due to swelling which takes a long time to resolve or muscle spasm which can resolve after minutes?
