Needs immediate exam: These symptoms are worrisome.There are many possible reasons for this problem. It would do you no good if I listed all the possibilities. Don't waste any more time trying to self diagnose on the internet. You won't be able to. This problem requires immediate evaluation. Best done in an ER.
