See below: Urine test may be positive a day before the period is due. However, about 25% of early pregnancies are lost spontaneously, most due to chromosomal defects in the embryo. A woman may be unaware of the pregnancy and only manifestation may be a delayed and heavy period. if you get a regular period, you may be experiencing loss of a very early pregnancy. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
