Lump: This may be a cyst or wen since it fluctuates in size, but would have to be examined by your physician or gynecologist to be sure.

Bump: There are many lubricating glands and other structures in the region you describe. If it does not go away and bothers you go see your Gyn. Might be a blocked gland or something associated with your urethra.
