Prostatitis?: We don't know what you mean by a semen infection.What makes you think you have semen infection.Only thing I can think of is Prostatitis.Which will give you urinary symptoms and can also cause painful ejaculation. I suggest you consult your Doctor and preferably a Urologist.You may need to get your semen cultured.The specimen can be obtained by prostatic message
