Possible infection: and swelling may also be related to trauma. Can try a cold compress (no more than 20 min at a time) to reduce swelling, but recommend seeing your doctor to rule out infection. Milky discharge may be related to yeast or normal discharge. Recommend refraining from foreplay/intercourse till your symptoms resolve.

See your Family Doc: Rough sex is relative - what's rough for one person might not be for another. More importantly, sex, whether rough or not, must be consensual. Milky discharge w/difficulty emptying your bladder makes me think of sexually transmitted diseases/infections. Painful urgent frequent urination w/o discharge makes me think of urinary tract infections. Regardless, see your Family Doc for diagnosis & treatm
