YeastInfection?SeeMD: Vagisil is an anti itch creamm&may have helped the itch but it does not help the underlying cause of your cracks on the foreskin and itching The most common cause is yeast infection. For that you can use anti fungal cream available over the counter&keep it dry.Use the cream like Lotrimin (clotrimazole) twice a day after washing the area with soap and water and drying it. If it does not help see MD or Dermatologis

Yeast balanitis?: This sounds like balanitis, the medical term for inflammation of the penis head and foreskin. With itching and fissures ("cracks"), yeast infection is a good bet, but it could be bacterial or "nonspecific" balanitis. Vagisil may help the itch but won't cure it and might make things worse. Does a sex partner have yeast infection? Stop self treatment, see a doctor for diagnosis and proper treatment.

Itch: you may have a yeast infection. I would see a physician and get a definitive diagnosis
