Pregnancy?: Urine pregnancy test becomes positive only after the fertilized egg has arrived inside the uterus and implanted into the uterus and then sent enough amounts of hCG, also called pregnancy hormone, into your blood stream and from there into the urine. About 12-19 days after ovulation. It basically depends on timing of implantation, HCG level in blood and urine and sensitivity of test being used.
