Inner?: Most ear infections are not inner ear but middle and external. Symptoms are from laberynthitis like vertigo, nausea, loss of balance, headache, tinnitus etc. Most common is a viral infection. Treatment can be antivert, phenergan, (promethazine) ativan, steroids, antiviral etc. You need to see a physician soon during the acute phase.
