Different possibilit: To determine exactly what is happening , a doctors visit is required. More history is required, ultrasound may be required. Some possibilities include anovulatory bleeding, fibroids, uterine polyps, failed pregnancy, cervical lesions, and occasionally cancers. Please see a OB GYN physician for further evaluation.
