Laugh-AndTheWorld...: There are certain areas of the brain that can do that. A very rare neurologic condition can cause that to happen a lot. This is just to say that maybe those areas have been stimulated a bit due to the dose change. I'd expect it to back off soon as you adjust to the new dose. Just don't stare at someone on the subway and start laughing! Decrease the dose if it persists
