Tingling on fingetip: Did you get a splinter? May have small ganglioma in finger and when you press you are irritating the nerve. if persists for several days would check it out to exclude other conditions like vasculitis, mass,arthritis like condition, if finger gets white /cold persisting numbness seek medical attention same day.
