Difficult to say: Tingling in all the fingertips of both hands can be caused by neurapthy (but this is gradual onset) , by certian medications, and by anxiety with hyperventilation. If it just one hand, then problems with the nerves on one side can be the culprit - carpal tunnel syndrome, other causes of nerve irritation. If it persists you may want to get it looked at.

Variety of causes: There are many potential causes for this most of which are benign such as hyperventilation. However if this persists, i would seek evaluation by your primary care physician wholwill need to complete a thorough history and physical examination with possible diagnostic testing.
