Needs eval: Probably would benefit from some topical hydrocortisone but its hard to say without seeing the sores. There are numerous different diagnosis, some simple, some more difficult and some needing prescription medication

See answer: Unable to give specific advice without seeng your rash. Generally, an itchy rash between the buttocks is often due to Candidiasis, a yeast infection. This is more common in infants.
