Lower left quadrant pain that hurts (feels like air or something in there) when breathing. i can also feel it on the left lower abdominal quadrant. it feels like there air as well. symptoms started suddenly. ?

Llq pain: Sudden onset of llq pain is suggestive of acute diverticulitis of the sigmoid colon but other possibilities include left sided pelvic/ovarian disorders. Abdominal muscle problems are not likely unless there has been strain. If symptoms persist or worsen,especially with associated tenderness or fever, get examined by a physician promptly.
