I have a 11.6mm cyst containing debris or hemorrhage? what is a debris/hemorrhage cyst? will i have to have surgery?

No: This is a very small ovarian cyst of 3 inches that was diagnosed by ultrasound and may be a normal hemorrhagic corpus luteum cyst. If you are not having any pain or interruption in your menstrual cycle, then no, surgery is not in the offing. Talk to your MD who ordered the ultrasound for confirmation.
