L side pain/ thin BM: More likely diverticulitis or inflammation like proctitis. Cancer would be rare unless family history of cancer , multiple polyp or personal history of ulcerative colitis/ crohns. Can also bee food intolerances. May need antibiotics. But still f/u/ w/ doc ( GI) and allergist for food intolerances.
